A seasoned learning designer, capable of working in fast paced, agile-like environments, who is able to demonstrate past use of Design Thinking concepts to work with or lead diverse teams to create and prototype unique learning-experiences, both in-person and digitally. This candidate must be able to provide insights in non-traditional, cutting edge learning methods – both digitally and non-digitally and have a background in, or strong understanding of, technology terms and concepts. The candidate will be able to lead clients and manage client expectations and be capable of working in a large, cross functional teams.

Candidate will have experience designing in and building with eLearning development tools such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline and/or with motion graphic software as well as mobile technologies.

A seasoned Business Process Specialist, capable of working in fast paced, agile-like environments, who is able to demonstrate past use of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Business Process Management principles to work with or lead diverse organizations and teams to remediate process deficiencies, document current state, and the like.
This candidate must be able to provide deep insights from past experiences, be able to adapt quickly to a variety of business cultures, and strongly capable of helping organizations learn to be more effective. The candidate will be able to lead clients and manage client expectations and be capable of working in a large, cross functional teams.

A Risk Management professional with experience working in large, complex organizations. This candidate will help bring awareness of risk exposure to clients through facilitated risk sessions and consulting. Candidate will bring experience using risk assessment tools and methodologies to define and quantify risk and develop appropriate responses.

Basic Qualifications:
A seasoned Change Management professional with experience working in large, complex organizations. This candidate will work directly with client leaders to identify and quantify change impacts and help bring awareness of change impacts to business partners through facilitated sessions and consulting. Candidate will have experience working with executive leaders and be able to demonstrate examples of influencing leaders in order to effectively lead change across an organization.
