  • Senior Learning-Experience Designer

    A seasoned learning designer, capable of working in fast paced, agile-like environments, who is able to demonstrate past use of Design Thinking concepts to work with or lead diverse teams to create and prototype unique learning-experiences, both in-person and digitally. This candidate must be able to provide insights in non-traditional, cutting edge learning methods – both digitally and non-digitally and have a background in, or strong understanding of, technology terms and concepts. The candidate will be able to lead clients and manage client expectations and be capable of working in a large, cross functional teams.


    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with client(s) to understand learning needs and make recommendations in complex business environments
    • Leverage Design Thinking to design unique, learner-centric learning experiences
    • Design and develop learning courses and programs to meet client needs using multiple modalities and leveraging innovative approaches to learning
    • Consult with client on latest industry trends in learning and learning technology
    • Build and maintain rapport with clients
    • Leverage Project Management principles and methodologies to manage work and client expectations
    • Stand up delivery of training as needed
    • Develop eLearnings using software such as Articulate Storyline
    • Identify logistics needs and manage/perform execution
    • Develop and execute effective measurement strategies

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 to 3 years of experience using Design Thinking or Design Thinking-like methods in either technology or learning
    • At least 3 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of learning (eLearning, virtually, and live classroom) for large, matrixed organizations
    • Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills
    • Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage client expectations
    • Experience leading large matrixed organizations
  • Digital Learning Content Designer/Developer

    A seasoned digital learning designer capable of designing unique, engaging, and visual learning experiences. Candidate will have experience designing in and building with eLearning development tools such as Captivate and Articulate Storyline and/or with motion graphic software as well as mobile technologies.


    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with client(s) to understand learning needs and make recommendations in complex business environments
    • Design and develop learning courses and programs to meet client needs using multiple modalities and leveraging innovative approaches to learning
    • Bring to the table the latest industry trends in learning and learning technology
    • Leverage Project Management principles and methodologies to manage work and client expectations
    • Develop eLearning courses using software such as Articulate Storyline
    • Develop learning visuals using motion graphic software

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 year of experience using eLearning and/or motion graphic software
    • 2 years of experience with graphic design
    • At least 5 years of experience in the design, development and delivery of learning (eLearning, virtually, and live classroom)
    • Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills
    • Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage client expectations
    • Experience working in large matrixed organizations 
  • Process Professional

    A seasoned Business Process Specialist, capable of working in fast paced, agile-like environments, who is able to demonstrate past use of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Business Process Management principles to work with or lead diverse organizations and teams to remediate process deficiencies, document current state, and the like.


    This candidate must be able to provide deep insights from past experiences, be able to adapt quickly to a variety of business cultures, and strongly capable of helping organizations learn to be more effective.  The candidate will be able to lead clients and manage client expectations and be capable of working in a large, cross functional teams.


    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Document current state process and procedures
    • Identify process gaps and risk
    • Assess quality of process controls
    • Consult with client(s) to understand challenges and make recommendations in complex business environments
    • Build and maintain rapport with clients
    • Leverage Project Management principles and methodologies (Agile) to manage work and client expectations

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in the design, redesign, and management of process for large, matrixed organizations
    • Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills
    • Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage client expectations
    • Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Visio
    • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project management certifications
  • Risk Management Specialist

    A Risk Management professional with experience working in large, complex organizations. This candidate will help bring awareness of risk exposure to clients through facilitated risk sessions and consulting. Candidate will bring experience using risk assessment tools and methodologies to define and quantify risk and develop appropriate responses. 


    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with client(s) to understand risk exposure and make recommendations in complex business environments
    • Identify process gaps and risk
    • Deliver risk sessions
    • Build and maintain rapport with clients
    • Influence thinking of business leaders

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 5 years of experience in the risk management space including methods such as Failure Mode Effects Analysis
    • Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills
    • Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage client expectations
    • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Change Management Professional

    A seasoned Change Management professional with experience working in large, complex organizations. This candidate will work directly with client leaders to identify and quantify change impacts and help bring awareness of change impacts to business partners through facilitated sessions and consulting. Candidate will have experience working with executive leaders and be able to demonstrate examples of influencing leaders in order to effectively lead change across an organization.


    Summary of Key Responsibilities

    • Consult with client(s) to understand change and make recommendations in complex business environments
    • Identify change impacts
    • Lead team through change using applicable methodologies
    • Build and maintain rapport with clients
    • Influence thinking of business leaders

    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • At least 5 years of experience in the change management space 
    • Exceptional written (all media types) and verbal communications skills
    • Strong project management skills – ability to organize and lead one’s own work, drive towards results, and manage client expectations
    • Proficiency in MS Office products
